Business Analysts

CrossUSA Business Analysts create a strategic plan for projects, and establish benchmarks for performance. We use "fact-based" decisions to gather information, weight the cost and benefits, and access the risks.

Business Analysts perform business requirements analysis to ensure that requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly represent all stakeholders, and translate business needs into project components. The Analysts clarify roles and responsibilities, respond to varied agendas, and influence outcomes with confidence.

Business Analysts Configuration and Change Management Process
Our change control process is closely coupled to our project planning process. When a change is requested, the change control process requires reviewing baseline documents including completed process steps to assess the impact of the changes. This is done to ensure any change is properly investigated and analyzed across all impacted areas. Furthermore, the process ensures changes have a cost/benefit analysis including notification of changes in timelines and cost. The output of this process is a completed change document highlighting impact areas, time estimates, and costs as applicable. This process rigor has significant benefits for the client by ensuring the impacts of client requested changes are understood and accepted prior to the change being made. This change package is forwarded to the client for review and approval. Once the client has approved the change, the baseline is refreshed, and the project moves forward using this baseline for testing.
