Ross Graba             Ross Graba - President

Ross Graba was named to his current role in November of 2008. Ross has been with CrossUSA since our beginning in 1998, and along with Nick Debronsky, CrossUSA’s founder, has grown CrossUSA into a recognized national leader in rural domestic outsourcing. During Ross’s tenure with CrossUSA, he has been involved with all aspects of the business, including operations, marketing, sales, and account management. Today, Ross is focused on continuing our growth on a national basis, and in driving greater value in the staff sourcing and outsourcing industry.

Prior to CrossUSA, Ross began his career in the technology field as an Electrical Engineer working with avionics software and hardware on the F-16 fighter aircraft. Ross progressed through positions of increased responsibility, including serving as a Technical Program Manager for software development for the Heads Up Display (HUD) and Radar computer systems for over 700 F-16 Block 40 aircraft. In this role Ross was responsible for managing a multi-disciplined technical group comprised of Electrical Engineers, Computer Scientists, and Physicists.

Ross brings over 24 years of experience in the software industry, including experience in commercial as well as defense related technology development and maintenance efforts. Ross has a strong background in working with customers to understand, develop, and implement cost effective solutions to add value to the organization. Ross has a BSEE from North Dakota State University. Ross is a native and product of Rural America, having grown up on a dairy farm in northern Minnesota, and has a sound grasp of the values, work ethic, and benefits of the Rural American workforce.

Terry Bretzman            Terry Bretzman - Vice President of Operations
Terry was named to his current role in October of 2008. Terry's responsibilities include leading our delivery of our development and support efforts in our rural facilities, as well as overall operation of our rural centers. Terry is a veteran of CrossUSA, having joined CrossUSA in December of 2000. In Terry’s time with CrossUSA, he has been involved in all facets of our organization, from leading development and support efforts, to starting new engagements, to account management and growth. Terry began his career in Information Services as a programmer working for Ecolab, in St. Paul, MN in 1983. He career at Ecolab progressed through work efforts of greater responsibility, touching many aspects of information systems, from new development efforts, to providing cost effective application maintenance, both in hands on as well as leadership capacities. Following his stint at Ecolab, Terry was the owner of his own business for 3 years, gaining experience in developing, running, and growing a business. Terry brings over 25 years of experience in IT to his role as the leader of our Operations. Terry’s philosophy in the leadership and guidance of teams is founded in his daily emphasis on the three C’s with our organization; Consistency, Communication and Customer Service.
Scott Thompson            Scott Thompson - Director of Business Development
With over 15 years of experience in the Professional Services industry; Scott leads CrossUSA’s Marketing and Sales initiatives which include Account Management, New Business Acquisition and Industry specific Marketing. These initiatives have been instrumental in the annual double digit growth that CrossUSA has experienced over the past 3 years. Previous to joining CrossUSA in 2007, Scott spent 10 years at Carlson Marketing Group where he led Marketing and Business Develop initiatives, including an international assignment to start a customer service center to support Carlson’s European operations. Scott graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Business degree in Marketing in 1991.
Joel Carlson            Joel Carlson - CFO

Joel Carlson has performed in the role as CFO for CrossUSA since March 2005. In this role Joel has provided financial guidance and leadership to our organization and provides a valuable addition in managing our growth as a company.

Joel started his career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells for three years before heading into roles as tax specialist, accounting manager and controller in the private sector. In his experience in the private sector, he was involved with the integration of a large financial services corporation acquired by a major bank corporation. Subsequent to this position, Joel worked in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retail/wholesale trade and personal service.

In 1991, Joel started an accounting and consulting firm. From these beginnings, Joel has consulted in a role of CFO and CEO to privately held companies in a variety of industries. Joel hails from the Midwest, and he appreciates the values CrossUSA embodies. Joel’s educational background includes Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in business and tax from the University of Minnesota.

Nick Debronsky             Nick Debronsky - Founder

Nick founded CrossUSA in 1998, with the development of our first rural development facility in Sebeka, MN. In starting this company, Nick’s vision for CrossUSA was to leverage the lifestyle advantages of Rural America, and provide a cost effective alternative to offshore outsourcing. For the next 11 years, Nick, along with Ross Graba, actively worked and grew the company into the successful, progressive, growing entity CrossUSA is today. Sadly, Nick passed away in April of 2009 after a short illness. Nick’s vision for CrossUSA lives on in our continuing growth and the value added relationships we cultivate today.
